Well, I took the plunge and upgraded to Windows 10 on my Surface Pro 2. The biggest issue I'm having is battery life. In sleep mode, after 4 hours on battery, the battery is drained. I've changed the updates setting to only pull updates from Microsoft. I've removed the keyboard and changed the settings so that the mouse/keyboard does not wake the machine. Neither has helped. One thing I've noticed - the SP2 stays connected to my cellular hotspot even after an hour of being in sleep mode - in Windows 8.1 it would disconnect. Any help here would be appreciated.

Hi I have the same problem.

Mine is SP1, but the issues should be the same. You can try to run this command
    powercfg /batteryreport /output %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\battery_report.html

It should provide a report on that is causing the drain. Mine is due to system keep waking up after 2 mins then sleeping again.

Still waiting for reply from Microsoft
