... Does VS 2013 run on SP3 - especially scrolling in the code editor using the touch screen?

    Welcome to the forum

Several people have reported being able to run VS without any issues. It shouldn't be a problem.

I run VS2013 on it, no problem (did on my SP2 as well). While you can scroll with your finger with the scrollbar (it is oversized), I'd recommend using a mouse or the touchpad at the very least. Visual Studio is not really touch friendly. Code in general, is not very touch friendly :)

God, you people are really tempting me to get it. I've been coding strictly on a $300 laptop after I gave my boyfriend my i7 desktop for school... and WOW.

Which? The scrollbar or your finger? :)
