Hi everyone
The screen cracked on my surface pro 3. I removed the screen an then inspected the board. There are several little bits of foam with very thin pieces of metal wrapped around them. One was torn. They are labeled TDMFoam. Are theses just a static reducer or cushion of some type? I dont want to buy and install a new screen and then still be screwed because of this torn bit of foam.
