I am gonna stay at Inida for a while and was wondering is 240 voltage ok? I also noticed that you can feel the electricity through the surface when charging

Robin Williams use to have a bit in one of his comedy routines...
Grab the back of your TV set (old style CRT model) and FEEL the power of comedy.
You realize, it shocks your *ss across the room somebody will have a laugh out of it.

Sigh, it looses something it todays world. Tingling just doesn't cut it anymore. ;)

Its not an uncommon problem but it should not happen, often the tingling can be avoided by reversing the plug in the outlet. Although generally its not dangerous, if its severe you should consider either a new power supply or device exchange to eliminate it.
