Surface Pro 4 white smudge

My display has a white smudge on the lower screen which was not there before. Any ideas of how to fix?

Can you post a picture of the issue?

Could it be light bleeding from the bottom of the screen? Or an artifact from too much screen pressure?

I notice the same problem in the bottom of my SP4 screen. It is always there and no related to screen pressure stress. About 1" wide and 2" from the right edge. It is faint right now but more noticeable with a black background. Looks like internal defects in the LCD. Not worth the trouble to get it fixed now. But if it gets worse, will have it replaced before warranty runs out.

The smudges on my Surface Pro 4 is similar but more extensive and in a different place. I suspect that it due to heat from behind.
