Touch screen/touch pad/mouse

I have inconsistent results online. Some sites work only with mouse or touch or touch pad. Why? Do I need to change a setting? I use both Chrome and Explorer

I haven't seen that issue. Though I have seen that sometimes it is hard to actually select the item with touch, usually because you aren't exactly on the right spot.

This is a known Google bug. It used to touch scroll fine a while ago but an update has changed that.

As in the example above, it's more likely to be a source problem, rather than any setting in your machine. Out of curiosity, which sites or pages are you having trouble with?
