unistalling programs

Seems I can install programs but not uninstall them. The only thing I see is a 'clear' option but that doesn't deem to work right. I'm going to Microsoft store, My Apps (?) to see a list of the apps I have installed.

What am I doing wrong? Microsoft totally fails on the user friendliness on removing programs.

Try this:

Right-click on the Start Menu tile or item in the All Apps list, choose "More...", then "Uninstall"?
