I recently used my SP2 to video a 2 hour training video. Now I would like to compress it so I can forward it to various trainees. It is so large I cannot do anything with it. HELP!

You're going to need some video software such as Premiere or Final Cut Pro to either change formats or break it up into several smaller videos. I know you can download a free trial of Premiere on Adobe's website. You may also be able to upload it incrementally to youtube.

Another idea: Create a Vimeo account. Free. Made for situations just like this. Upload your video. Web-streaming conversion happens automatically, and then you have a URL to get to it any time from computers or smartphones. Store the original on a hard or flash drive somewhere for safe keeping, if desired.
