Why is watching videos on a Surface 3 so hard? some are so jerky they are practically unwatchable! Overall pretty useless tablet. I gave it to my grandson to beat on.

I have no problems watching videos on youtube. My google play purchases are great. Amazon video is fine. Must be user error

No problems here either, YouTube, Netflix everything plays just fine.

No problem when I watch a video either. I have the occasional problem when streaming, but other than that ..... Could be the dreaded id 10 t fault!

I have seen a video stutter last week. Apart from that all is fine! Netflix, YouTube, Vimeo, Kodi (running HD video)
