hey people. i found this forum to ask somme help with my situation. I send ny surface pro 3 to waranty because battery does not stand more than 1.5 hours. They send me a new surface... but when i hopened the box i see a bad dream!! he surface had scratches on the back and the USB port is damaged! I contacted support, I sent photos of the surface of the state and now they tell me that I have to wait response from the Germany team! I am from Portugal. Has anyone been through this and know what might happen? I made it clear that I can not afford a surface this time because my old one was just like new! What will they do?
