WD added Miracast support to WD TV Live

    Capture.JPG WD added Miracast support to their WD TV Live media players today via a firmware update. Just tested with my Surface PRO 3 and works decently.

    That's pretty cool.

    Too bad I don't use one of those anymore. I have a Roku 3. Hopefully Roku will jump of the bandwagon.

    Fetching update now ...

    And, it works. It stutters here and there on full 1080p for me (probably a networking issue), but if I lower the resolution, it's flawless. Very nice.
