The tough decisions were getting out of the Banner Ad business, sold to AOL and Map Data Business, sold to Uber, that equaled 1300 jobs, Satya confirmed that the Surface, Lumia, Xbox and of course HoloLens were here to stay as Halo Devices, so we'll see them continue on the higher end for the Surface Business and Lumia will cover the range but maintain a level of quality we have at least 4 new Windows 10 Lumia Devices in testing and of course Xbox and HoloLens will be positioned accordingly.

And today another 7800 layoffs mostly from the Lumia division (it appears to be the last of the Nokia Employees that were in marketing, program management and manufacturing).
