Where I see my remaining battery life in hours? And why so less energy options?

Connected Standby is the default it is only disabled through a registry hack or Hyper-V....

Ok. But if its activated I have not possibilities to set energy settings or?

Connected Standby is the Power Scheme.... everything that was known on non-connected standby machines has been removed by default for maximum battery life...

So what you can modify is very limited, this is by design.

I would settle for being able to see the remaining battery in percent let alone in hours/mins. I know you can go to desktop and then select the battery icon there but for those of us who try and live outside of the desktop as much as possible it would be useful to see that elsewhere.
