Which Micro SD card to buy

The fastest 128GB microSDXC card just got released by Lexar at 95MB/s. Adorama has it for $129.99 with free shipping. This is the card I plan on purchasing since it's made by Micron, which is very good quality in my opinion. Just note that this card is available for pre-order, and should be released in a few more weeks.

I bought this card based on your recommendation, received it yesterday. However, in my SP3 in writes max. 20Mb and reads 70Mb. Same speeds with the USB3 adapter. So I returned the card and stick with my Samsung 64Gb pro Microsd card. It is 50% smaller, but writes nearly 70Mb/s (350% faster than the Lexar) and reads nearly 90Mb.

Another data point for the mix, Sony 64GB microSD rated at "40 MB/s*" and typically ~$35 on Amazon:
Crystal Disk Mark (Sequential): 88.77 MB/s read, 21.12 MB/s write

Almost 2x the read/write performance of the Sandisk Pixtor 64GB microSD it replaced.

+1 to Samsung especially the Pro. I've a Pro 64 GB for my SP3. On my DSLR, I used lots of SanDisk so that's another brand I can heartily recommend. If buying a new SD card, I'll likely pick Samsung moving forward.
