What's new

Who here upgraded their Pro 3 pen to the Pro 4 pen?

Yes. For me flipping it over to use the eraser is so much more natural then pressing that little button and erasing with the writing tip. And the eraser feels like you're using a pencil eraser. Also changeable nibs, the pen feels heavier, more solid.

I have both, and while the new pen is nicer for the reasons Scotty mentions, if I were not able to sell the old one for at least half the price of the new one, I wouldn't pay to upgrade. To me it is one of those things where I find the new pen nicer, but I am perfectly happy to continue using the old one and often do.

No worth upgrading if your current pen works..I have both only because I wanted the blue pen that matches my keyboard...didn't realize I ordered the new SP4 pen...it does feel nice but my finger found it much easier to erase by clicking the button than turning the darn thing over everytime...this pen is more a novelty than a necessity.
