Windows 8.1 RT wont update

Im selling my first gen RT tablet and did a reset to windows 8.0 RT and then to 8.1RT. All the updates on 8.0 worked but now on 8.1 it wont saying there is an error code 8024A008. Anyone else come across this?

Run Windows Update Troubleshooter works on RT too.

Win RT will do PowerShell so this might work also : Read through some of the comments for tips that might help.
