Received the case, an it's exactly what I wanted. It's perfect. Fits the charger, Surface and Type Cover and pen. You can probably fit more in the pouch, it stretches, but never uncomfortably. Highly, highly recommend the case. Picture attached.

Tried that, will see if they respond, doubt it. Seems silly that would be the only way to escalate my case. There is really no other options, or "higher" people to speak to. One call center, with one supervisor, no customer relations time or anything. That's scary as a consumer.

In power options, there is three settings (they just have different default values). Pick one, and edit the advanced settings to your liking.

I have probably the weirdest UPS tracking I've ever seen: US to Canada, back to US then back to Canada? It's literally a couple of miles away from my house, but my tracking just says "In Transit" with no expected delivery date anywhere to be found.
