    MS Surface Reformat with Windows 8 Pro

    So "MS Surface with RT" is released on Oct 26th as well as "Windows 8 Pro"... However, "MS Surface with Windows 8 (not RT)" is TBA... My question is can I purchase the "MS Surface with RT" and a copy of "Windows 8 Pro" on Oct 26th and just reformat the MS Surface and install Windows 8...
