When I tap on the message area to type my mesage, the keyboard pops up for just a quick second and then drops down again. Can't figure out how to keep it acive so I can use it. Any ideas of an issue or how to solve this problem?

- A more secure stylus holder that was separate from power cord plug. Wanna charge and the pen is sitting alone and possibly misplaced. - A good quality carry case that could be used in the field. IE: Otterbox. Hope they come to the rescue.
