How do you UNDERVOLT the Atom CPU?
OK, I've been running around like crazy trying to figure this out. Supposedely it's possible to undervolt the Atom CPU. Not sure if I need the clock generator for that or not. Surface 3 (Atom) not charging only when asleep (Weird)
Hi, So I just got my surface 3 (Atom) a few days ago, and it has done this about three times now now. I can reproduce the issue easily.
