flash nvidia cpu

Hi, I have new Surface Book i7 (16gb mem 512 gb SSD) with the Nvidia graphics card. I just noticed that when I play flash videos through either Chrome or Edge the system doesn't seem to use Hardware Acceleration ... I presume this because the CPU usage for the browser while playing at full...
