surface pro 4 fan noise

Hello I am considering buying a Surface Pro 4 I7 with 16 GB. But i am worried about the fan noise. There are a lot of talk about this issue on the web, but most bof them they from last year. My question to current Surface Pro 4 owners, is this still an issue by sept. 17, or ist this now fixed...
