18/11/2014 (or 11/18/2014) keeps reinstalling

I seem to have a problem that the update from the 18/11/2014 (or 11/18/2014 for those that can't get the date right ) keeps on reinstalling:-

If I now check for updates I get:-

Are you using the Intel Reference Driver for the Video Card? If so Windows Update will offer you the Surface Version.

I get the same thing. Other than a repetitive loop of 11/18/2014 System update, everything is working fine so I'm not too concerned. Its part of the territory when trying Win10 Tech Preview aka alpha/beta software.
