AC Power Loss Restart

I have a Surface Pro 2 that I am using as a kiosk. After an unexpected loss of power, I need the tablet to auto restart.

Previously in Windows 7, I was able to access BIOS and change "AC Power Loss Restart". However, this is not available in Windows 8.

How can I auto restart the Surface Pro 2 once power is restored after an unexpected loss of power?

If someone doesn't come up with a setting you can alter for the desired result, and you're using your SP2 as a desktop, you can use an APC (battery) so that if AC power is interrupted your SP2 won't notice and won't shut down.

I am using the Surface as a kiosk in an industrial environment, where power loss can occur for 7+ days. Sadly, a UPS simply won't work.
