Alternatives to on-screen keyboard app?

Bit unusual, but I am trying to find out if there is an on screen keyboard that can be used to toggle only the shift, ctrl, and alt keys? I'm using my SP3 to draw, but I'm not using the keyboard (and I don't most days) I'm kinda limited in my functionality. I wanna use the shift, alt, and ctrl functions but flicks don't work while using my drawing program andwould get in the way. Is there a way to toggle those keys quickly and easily?

Take a look at "Hot Virtual Keyboard". It can be set to appear with a three finger tap of your touchscreen, then allow you to tap the button you want, then three finger tap to disappear.

Additional gestures are also available.
