Anyone else have problems with the i5 SP6 feeezing up every day?

I can not use it without it freezing up once on me. It does it whether I am using Word. Or just plain old using the windows explorer. I bought mine from Costco. Is it buggy???

Have you tried resetting it (which is a pain, I know!)?

My brother had this problem too for a while. He always solved this by hard resetting. although you have to be careful with it, because sometimes it can cause you to lose some data (you will be able to recover it though).
