I have a surface pro 2 running 8.1 pro and CANNOT for the life of me change the lock
screen image. It will constantly have the loading emblem when I attempt to do it under my settings and "Facebook profile sync" which used to work, will not change it either. Same with my account picture on the lock screen, it has updated my pic everywhere except on my lock screen.
