Chinese Character App Preventing Shutdown

Hello,

Occasionally when shutting down or restarting my Surface Pro 3, I get the standard Windows notification that an App or Program is preventing shutdown.restart. However, the app listed is named in Chinese? characters and is one I cannot find on my device. I attach a photo (apologies for the poor quality) of the notification.

I purchased the Surface in Malaysia when travelling however have it set up and registered for the UK. Any thoughts on what this app might be? Cheers.

If you restart and look in task manager at the running tasks does anything stick out as being from China? Also look at installed programs to see if anything looks odd.

Thank you. I don't see anything and it generally only delays the shutdown a couple of seconds before Windows forces it to close. Just seems odd!
