I couldn't find a post on here about it but just in case anyone was holding off using Google Chrome because of the CPU usage bugs on SP3, the version which fixes it v38, has been pushed out.

Apologies if this is old news I just happened to go and have a look today.

Yeah, tried it still causing heat issues. Opened it with one tab and could feel the warmth building, opened IE 4 or 5 tabs and nothing even using the YouTube app didn't cause it to warm up so quick, which is a real bottomer as I use chrome a lot on all my other devices.

Just for information, Chrome 64 bit beta won't install on Windows 10 - gives an error about a compressed folder.

So your getting 7-8 hour battery life?

I've been playing around with my config, so my battery has been terrible as of late (swapping A/V, disabling background chrome plugins on browser exit, conditioning battery, etc). I did check this morning and my last 24 hours I was at 7-8 hours though.
