Cortana set up for Settings - But does not follow though

There are many things that Cortana associates with PC settings, such as "Turn volume up" or "Hide the taskbar", but she doesn't finish the job.

April 22, 2015 is "Administrative Professionals' Day" in the USA, also known as "Secretaries Day". Cortana had better shape up before then, or I won't be speaking to her.

I really wish they would devote more time to Cortana's development. I love her, but she is so glitchy that my husband often asks, "Cortana having a nervous breakdown again?"

She spends way too much time browsing the Internet, and not enough doing her job.
