If you are planning on buying a Microsoft Surface tablet, there is one more place where you can buy it from other than Microsoft Store, Best Buy, and Staples. And that is Costco. Yes, Costco is going to stock Microsoft Surface RT tablets anytime now. This becomes apparent from the leaked screenshot of its inventory system. The tablet is going to be running on an ARM based processor, so there is no need for you to confuse it with the Intel processor powered tablet.

The 32 GB version of the Microsoft Surface tablet will cost you $499.99 at Costco, just like any other store. But this retailer will shine when it comes to accessorizing your tablet. The two main accessories from Microsoft for the Surface tablets are the type cover and the touch cover. These covers are dual function covers. They protect the display of your Microsoft Surface tablet, plus, provide you with a QWERTY keyboard. Yes, there is a full QWERTY keyboard built into these covers which provide raised keys. So if you typing fast and you are a content creator, you would definitely need a physical keyboard. You can buy this.

Now, the 32 GB Microsoft Surface RT tablet with black touch cover will cost you $599.99, and a 64 GB Microsoft Surface RT tablet with a black touch cover will set you back by $699.99. If you want a touch cover in a color other than black, you will have to pay more. A non black touch cover will cost you $119. And if you couple this with a 32 GB Microsoft Surface RT tablet at $499.99, the total comes to $618.99.

Wow, this is great news. Not sure why MS has taken their time securing retailers but it is good to see them finally getting sufficient distribution channels in place.
