Lol sure as hell not for the Metro UI. Like most of America (apparently), I hate it. But I like the SP hardware. I avoid the entire Metro experience at every possible moment. I would put Windows 7 on this but I don't want to miss out on updates.

I really bought the Surface for one reason. I wanted to be able to ink in OneNote and not have an underpowered machine. Also wanted a great screen. After owning an iPad I'm spoiled. No fuzzy fonts for me.

The last decent thing MS put out was Office 2003 (and Windows 7 of course). After that they lost their minds trying to become Apple.
