Dual Monitor Issues

I have just started having the following problem and wonder if anyone else is experiencing it.
I have 2 Samsung U28E590 4K monitors connected via DisplayPort to a Surface Dock. Previously I had both of them running at 3840 x 2160 however now I can only get one to do that and the other is stuck at 1920 x 1080.
Both use the same display cables, the dock is fully patched as is the Surface Book 2. Has anyone one else experienced this or have any suggestions to fix?

Try pulling power from the Surface Dock and waiting like 15 seconds, then plug the power cord back into the dock. That may help fix the issue for now....but the issue may return. Hopefully it does not.
