External Monitor - Changing Size of All Items CONSTANTLY?

That's the problem with Microsoft. I don't want to have to just "get used to it." I spent $1600 jumping into the Surface ecosystem. It should just work. A boy can dream.

The situation improves in Windows 10, but I didn't have issues in Windows 8.1. I used the slider set in the middle, used the Surface Pro 3 as my primary monitor and extended to my 1080p 24" LCD Monitor....

I guess that I'm not satisfied easily. When I have my SP3 set to how you guys have it, everything is fine on the SP but some things are still hella big on my external. Some of these I know why (like Chrome) but even the window frame of IE looks huge, and to me, that's unacceptable.

GAH! So after going through my apps, it is just IE and Chrome that get blown up when I drag them to my external. The browser is my most used app! If these two could be fixed, my issues would be resolved.

You can set the zoom on Chrome independently so that may help. Not sure about explorer. I don't use it often unless I have to.

Go to settings - show advanced - web content - page zoom
