Fight mode icon won't change

Hi,
I am new to Service Pro. I have 2 problems when i start to use the computer:
1. I switched to flight mode briefly today and when I connect to wifi later the flight mode icon wont go off even when the computer is connected to wifi.
2. I can't change the default search engine to Google Chrome. I can see the Chrome icon in setting be when i select it, Edge still remain.

Please help.

Your flight mode issue is a known bug in Windows 10 and even appears on desktops that don't have WiFi.

I'm not certain I completely understand the second issue. Is Edge still coming up as the default browser and you're trying to make Google the default search engine? If so there are some hacks floating around the Internet that allow you to change it.
