File Picker Thumbnails/Icons Too Small for Picture Selection

The file picker/chooser that is launched when you browse to choose files from IE shows very small thumbnails. This makes tasks like selecting photos to upload to Facebook very difficult.

Is there a way to make these thumbnails bigger (the usual non-RT dialog allows Extra large icons, large icons etc.)?
