It looks like Windows 10's latest update has reenabled their "spying" features which have garnered so much attention in the media lately. Here's a hand description of how to disable it again,

"Here’s how you can disable the new Connected User Experiences and Telemetry Service (just like you did with DiagTrack):
  • Hold down the Windows key and tap the R key
  • In the box that opens type ‘services.msc’ and press the Enter key
  • In the ‘Services (Local)’ section locate ‘Connected User Experiences and Telemetry’ and double-click it
  • In the ‘Service status’ section click ‘Stop’
  • Under the ‘Startup type’ drop-down menu select ‘Disabled’ and then confirm this and close the window by clicking ‘OK’"

Not sure what they were spying on me and what kind of info they were gathering but I followed your steps and I guess I am now free from prying eyes.

Thanks' for the instructions dgstorm, but I don't find the Connected User Experiences and Telemetry Service. Just checked and I have no pending updates.
