Thank you - my SP3 came in 2 days ago and 'am enjoying it _ gave me a scare this morning - wouldn't start up _ did the power and volume up reset and it powered up and showed 6% battery power - not sure why it didn't charge _ must have not been connected well enough.Either way enjoying it
