How to change icon picture in Metro Interface?

You can remove OblyTile from the app itself. Go to settings and click on Remove OblyTile.

But I find OblyTile to be the best tile maker I've found, giving you not only the ability to use any image you want for the tile, but by being able to use the path to the exe, there should be a command line switch to get IE to run in Metro.

I hear the chrome is able to open pinned sites via metro or desktop version. Though if you prefer IE, then the way I do it is to combine olbytile and Reader metro app. This way comes a two part process though.
