which ? in Excel itself it's the same as pressing F1.

Btw, Task manager does NOT state it as 32bit, therefore i assume it is really 64bit.

Yeah 64 bit!

Windows 8.1 is build
Version 6.3.9600 Build 9600
I would try to do a repair on you install and see if that fixes the issue.

Can't replicate, O365 on W8.1, interesting problem though. If it does it consistently have you raised a support call?

Okay, so this does happen on Windows 8.1 with Office365 Pro Plus x64 Microsoft Excel 15.0.4675.1000 (and 1001)
With an i5-8gb-256gb
@ctitanic you had the same device right ?
