I would like to be able to see all apps within the first 2 groups I have. I've resized my apps to be medium sized. Right now I have 3 across, then 2 and 2 down (see screenshot). I'd like to add the Chrome app (same size) into the group, but as soon as I do that, it adds it the top row, and increases it to 4 across, thus pushing my second group apps over.
Why can I not have one group that is 3 across, 3 down? I called Support, even spoke with a "supervisor" and because he didn't know why it was doing that, said it was "by design." If so, that's a bad design.
In the screenshot, I want Chrome to be below File Explorer, to the right of Excel. Seems pretty basic.
