How to show all my apps

After a bunch of issues, mostly due to my traveling, I have two microsoft accounts. I just added my second account to my Surface. What I can't figure out is how to see all my apps from my first account in my second one. I want to set the second account up to look exactly like the first one since all I use them for is location. But I don't want to download all the same apps when I already have them on the Surface, that just takes up time and HD space.

Actually, installing the same Apps under a different account doesn't take up that much extra HD space, all accounts use the same installed Apps. The only thing that is tracked are App updates between users, since updates are applied on a per user basis. There was an article on it, I'll post a link when I find it.
