Looks like MS got the all clear for the Surface Pro

at first i wanted too the surface pro, but there are 3 no-goes against the surface pro:
-battery live (should be about 4-5 hours, which is to little)
-weight (about 900g for a tablet is to many)
-price (about 900 dollars is to expensive for me)

so i think i will get the surface rt

Sounds like you're not in the market for an Ultrabook with tablet features, which is what the Surface Pro is. If Surface RT does what you want and meet your budget then that's the way to go. I was going to give my wife my Surface RT and get the Pro but I don't really need another Ultrabook, so I got her an RT.

I too will get the Pro, weight is not so bad compared to the Dell 4 Lbs laptop I currently have.
Was surprised how fast the RT was opened up on XDA, that makes me hope the Pro version will get it's share of tweaks.
