It looks like Microsoft isn't done tinkering with their next generation Surface Pro 2. The device has only been on the market for a couple of months, and already Microsoft's newest "revision" is a pseudo-refresh with an update faster Intel processor. The difference isn't huge, so early adopters don't really have a reason to be too upset. Instead of the 1.6GHz Intel i5-4200U chip that originally shipped with the Surface Pro 2, the newest retail versions now include a slightly faster 1.9GHz i5-4300U CPU.

When reached for comment regarding the minor "upgrade" Microsoft had this to say,

"Microsoft routinely makes small changes to internal components over the lifetime of a product, based on numerous factors including supply chain partnerships, availability, and value for our customers. With any change to hardware or software, we work to ensure that the product experience remains excellent."-Microsoft

What do you guys think? Does this change make you wish you had waited a bit, or simply appreciative that Microsoft works hard to improve their product?
