You say it as if its the consumer's fault. Again, as usual with Microsoft when you buy into their software you just have to assume its more riddled with bugs than you'd like.

Of course its the consumers fault, do you believe Windows breaks it self? Do you think that consumers getting virus on their computers, are Microsofts fault also?

Just saw that you are an avid Apple user, explains a lot.
By the way, Apples "you're holding it wrong" <- This was hardware/design problems, that was blamed on their consumers.
