Need to do a factory reset on surface

Does anyone know how to factory reset the surface table? Went to PC settings - general- remove and reinstall windows. I then get error saying "could not find files needed" Thanks in advance.

It seems you have the problem some other user on several forums already reporting. I'm sry, but at the time there is no other solution than contacting the ms-support.
