Rt froze. Used mouse. Refreshed. Reset. Have firmware touch listed with device manager but says not working and restart. I did but did not help. I reset. Then did third step of manufacture default, no luck. I uninstalled the touch firmware, then refreshed, updated no result. It says code 10 when click on about the touch firmware details. I went online but can't find anywhere to download touch firmware.m Please help.
