network doesn't connect after reboot

This problem happens on my old Surface tablet: I updated to Windows 8.1, and now when I reboot or do a cold start, the WiFi will not connect unless I disable and enable the wireless adapter from Control Panel\Network a few times. I don't think it's my router because when I reboot or do a cold start on my Surface 2, I don't have this problem. I have all available updates installed as of today. Hopefully Microsoft corrects this annoying problem.

That means that you had a driver which previous update went wrong. The good news is that it's over :cool::cool:
