OneNote Metro Manual Backup

Hello all...just curious before anything bad happens...how do you manually back up your onenote notebooks? I have read instructions for the desktop version but the same options do not apply to the metro version...I am afraid with all of the cross platforming one device or another will sync incorrectly or tell onenote to erase everything...how can I save my data manually to always have a current backup on hand? thanks

Go to your OneDrive.
Select (not open) the OneNote folder.
Download it to your PC to backup.

Not sure how to restore it though.

Thanks Wayne...the weird thing was when in onedrive there was no option to download individual files..just to share them...but yes there is the option to download the folder..so that worked
