You guys may have had some holes to 'patch'. No such updates available on my end.

I received the patch bundle earlier today, and my husband received it this evening.

Yep, got mine and downloaded the lot - SP3 seems to be working fine.

Most of the optional updates weren't unique to the SP3, I had big updates for all my Win 8.1 computers. I need to pay more attention when selecting them, I ended up installing a Skype update on a desktop with no camera or mic. Easy to uninstall but it halts the entire update while it awaits user permissions.

The other updates were all optional, 20 on my Surfaces, only 7 on W7 and ZDNet said 34 in all across all versions combined.
